Low brow epicenter MINT Gallery just announced that they’ll be moving to a new location in December. Their new digs, located at 145B Sampson Street, Atlanta, GA 30312, isn’t very far from where they are right now (Google Maps says that the travel time between the two space is about 40 seconds), though it does put them ever so slightly closer to Studioplex and ABV Gallery. The press release says they’ll have more room for their notoriously packed parties in a more gallery-friend format:

“The new space is a bit more manageable and a step in the direction of a traditional gallery. It also offers a bit more outdoor flexibility and is even more accessible to the Beltline,” says Gallery Manager Mike Germon. The relocation will allow for a more secluded event space and a more diverse spectrum of programming while remaining in the same, creative Old 4th Ward neighborhood.

The last exhibition at their current space will be “BOOLESH1T: A Collection of New Work by Nikita Gale.” The show opens on November 6 at 7 pm and features a performance by Bosco.
