Fall MFA Open Studio at Georgia State

The Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design at Georgia State University is excited to announce its second year of the fall MFA Open Studio. For this multi-floor, multi-disciplinary event, GSU MFA students in Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Ceramics, Textiles, Graphic Design, Art Education, Sculpture, and Photography will invite the public in to see what they’re working on. In addition to the open studios, classrooms will be opened to exhibit work and house live, interactive demos in textiles, printmaking, art education, and ceramics. The photo department will also be constructing a photo booth again for the enjoyment of all in attendance. MFA & BFA students will be exhibiting and selling finished works in the lower studios, from prints to ceramic pieces to paintings. Binders and Art Papers will also be in attendance with pop up booths and giveaways. Libations and snacks all night!
