Sports Mama needs a new purse

Let�s face it. Daddy isn�t bringing home the bacon. He went 0-3 last night, so it looks like the only place he�ll be looking for shoes is Payless. Mama has decided her methods for picking teams will be much more successful. While Mama checks out ESPN.com from time to time, her picks will be based on much more reliable factors including which teams have the hotter players, who has cuter uniforms, and which mascot would win in a duel. If you think these methods are too girly, then keep betting with Daddy (and shopping at Payless).
1) Dallas Mavericks �6 over Orlando Magic. A maverick could totally beat magic, especially if we�re talking the Top Gun-type-maverick.
2) Chicago Bulls �9.5 over the Atlanta Hawks. I hate to bet against the home team, but Mama loves her some Andres Nocioni.
3) LA Clippers �9.5 over the Milwaukee Bucks. Mama did her research (read: called her boyfriend and asked) and it turns out Michael Redd, the Bucks' best player, is sidelined with a knee injury. While my girly instincts tell me a Buck could probably beat a Clipper in a duel, I'm going to go with LA on this one.
Remember to bet responsibly, your own Mama would want you to.
