Cover story on Atlanta bloggers

Posted by Andisheh Nouraee on Wed, May 30, 2007 at 8:13 PM

This week's CL cover story profiles five of our favorite local bloggers.

For the exceedingly impatient among you, those bloggers are Erick Erickson, Rich Vining, Dr. Gloria Brame, Doug Monroe and Ponce De Leon.

Note to those who grab the print edition: The bald man in the upper-left corner of the cover page is me. It's my first-ever appearance on a CL cover without a rat mask. My parents will be proud.

Thus blowing your cover as a more than moderately attractive Persian woman. Good choices. I already subcribed to three of them and now will pick up the other two. *small grumble*

Yeah, Peachtree Screed's so great he's leaving all us "dim" bloggers here alone to angrily yet dimly fend for our feeble selves against Julia Wallace's "online leadership" assault. Some bloggerati he turned out to be. Hmmmphhhh... Help us Erick, you're our only hope. Help us Erick, you're our only hope. Help us Erick, you're our only hope. And a damn Repug at that. Oh fuck this shit... you feeble dimwits surely get the point.

Shit, if Erick's our only hope, we're screwed, aren't we? I'll be damned before I accept help from a Republican. Oh wait... I'm already damned. NM LOL.
