Randomly Noted Question of the Week: These ___s

This time, the Question of the Week is a little different. In fact, it's not technically a question: How would you finish this sentence: "These ___s aren't going to ___ themselves."
I seem to hear that construction all the time lately. For instance, a professional ditch-digger might say, "These ditches aren't going to dig themselves." Or a blogger might write, "These Questions of the Week aren't going to post themselves." What would you say?
