Someone called police and said a woman kept shaking her breast at the door of a business on Joseph P. Lowery Boulevard. An officer arrived and spotted the shirtless woman. She took off running, but police stopped her. The officer noted, "Her top half was showing and out." The woman, age 30, wore tan pants. She weighs about 180 pounds. She was charged with public indecency.
