News Vigil for Monica Bowie tonight

Monica Bowie disappeared from her home near Lenox Square mall two months ago today. Police believe she was kidnapped.
Tonight, her friends and family will hold a vigil for her at Hunter Hills Baptist Church, near where a car seen fleeing Bowie's home on the night of her disappearance was found.

Monica and I attended Cheyney University together. We were neighbors during our freshman year. I have been praying for Monica's safe return since receiving the news. Our Cheyney family is still in shock. I just want the family to know that I am deeply sadded that "one of ours" was taken. Monica kept me laughing and we always had that Pittsburgh connection.
