Agnes Scott College President Elizabeth Kiss has signed the American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment, promising to make Agnes Scott a climate neutral campus that produces no greenhouse gases.
As part of the commitment, the college has two years to develop a plan and set a timeline for climate neutrality. It must also introduce issues of sustainability into the curriculum.
Kiss joins the presidents of Georgia Tech, Berry College, and Kennesaw State University in becoming a member of the Climate Commitment.
