Yes, Jim Wooten -- or as Doug Monroe called him, "Lyin' Jim" Wooten -- is one helluva Christian. I do recall Jesus says, Blessed are the executioners ... and Blessed are the war-makers .... Georgia, Florida, Texas and the other killer states have all likely executed innocent people. Wooten should be quoting Lenin -- after all, he proclaimed that better a thousand innocent people die than one guilty person go free.
