Big surprise, but it looks like the areas in Georgia that received the most funding in budget earmarks are those whose representatives and senators carry clout. Like Columbia County, whose Rep. Ben Harbin, R-Evans, brought home 88.9 cents per person on average.
Fulton? We yanked 32.8 cents. Gooooo Fulton!

Thomas, I think you're being racist in your implication that gypsies rip people off through your use of the verb "gypped."
You know, for the past 30 minutes I've been wondering if that was a no-no word. According to Webster's, it's not derogatory. According to my many experiences with gypsies, it's not an apt characterization. I am willing to hear arguments. Discuss!
First 'gypped' and then 'welshed.' I won't feel bad for ya'll when a contingent of Welsh Gypsies get a hold of you.
Now that Sugg has left the building, we're more susceptible to these Welsh gypsy marauders...but we say bring it on. The doors of the Creative Loafing Terrorplex have been sealed so as to protect us. We've also got Scott Henry -- he's on the roof tending to a vat of burning biofuel that we'll dump on them should they be so foolish to invade.
