It sounds like a comedic match made in Nerd Heaven: The Economist political cartoonist Kevin “Kal†Kallaugher combining forces with Second City, the most enduring American improv comedy troupe. At a time when politics is particularly rich for satire, these two sharp-witted figures take the stage tonight at 7 p.m., at the Alliance Theatre for “The Art of Political Satire.â€
