British comedian proposes new Bond theme

I just saw this: it's a cheeky potential theme song for The Quantum of Solace, the next James Bond film starring Daniel Craig, which opens in November. Just who would provide the Solace theme has been an open question for much of the year. Apparently Amy Winehouse recorded a demo track (perhaps because she name-checks Roger Moore in her hit song "You Know I'm No Good"), but the producers have settled on Jack White and Alicia Keys, the first duet in Bond-theme history, for people who keep track of such things. Paul McCartney, who wrote the title song for "Live and Let Die," took himself out of the running:

I definitely wouldn't do it again. I have been trying to think of something to rhyme with 'Solace' and all I can come up with is 'Wallace'! I don't envy whoever is going to do the song!"

This video for British comedian Joe Cornish's song draws partly from the actual Quantum of Solace trailer (which you can see here), but contains some surprises:
