The Value Village at Belvedere (Memorial & Columbia Dr.) has 50% off Wednesday Oct. 29.Last year I went there on the day-of without a costume in mind (SHAMEFUL) - and found all the makin’s for a sweet Velma costume in about 15 minutes.
I have great love for the Belvedere Value Village. AND everything is arranged by color which is perfect for costume searching.

I'm dressing as a 1970s Hi-Fi stereo, so this is awesome news to me.
