News 'Another 9/11'

Just heard a recording on WABE-FM (Morning Edition) of two Chambliss supporters comparing Obama's victory to "another 9/11" in terms of the damage to the country. Amazing.

I heard this as well. Last night the AJC quoted a McCain supporter saying that Obama was a Muslim. I just can't see what about the Republican Party is turning voters off.

Yeah, I heard that and nearly swerved off the road in shock that not only would people say that, but they'd say it aloud and in public. Look, I get that Republicans are angry (and that these two don't represent all Republicans). God knows I was sad and angry after 2000 and 2004. But... for god's sake, that crosses a line.
