On the topic of new couples, Tarts has been told that "Real Housewives of Atlanta" starlet Kim Zolciak has just started dating "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe Francis. The two were spotted getting particularly cozy in Park City over the weekend and even shared the same house at the film festival ...
The commenters at Access Atlanta say Kim looks like a "hot mess." More details on this earth-shattering story to come. Meanwhile, the state might cut more jobs to make up for a $2 billion deficit. And President Barack Obama, now in his third day in office, announced yesterday he would close the detention center at Guantanamo Bay.
