News Art Papers editor Sylvie Fortin to curate Quebec's La Manif d'Art 5

that takes place in Quebec City every two years during May and June. Fortin's been tapped to curate the 2010 edition. According to the press release, she "will announce the theme of the 5th Manif d'art in Quebec City in late-March. She will also host of series of workshops and conversations in Atlanta, starting in mid-April."
Fortin joined the Atlanta-based contemporary art magazine Art Papers in 2004 as editor in chief, and became executive director/editor in 2007. She also works as an independent critic and curator, among other things, and has previously lived and worked in Quebec City.
