Tony Scott's version of The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 with Denzel Washington and John Travolta opens tomorrow. If you're thinking of seeing it -- or even if you're not -- you should take the A train, as it were, and check out Joseph Sargent's superior 1974 original, The Taking of Pelham One Two Three with Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw, which is available for free, in its entirety, on Fancast.
