Three candidates in the Atlanta Mayoral race will appear at the Alliance for Intown Neighbors Mayoral Forum to answer probing questions about their ideas and solutions for the City of Atlanta.Candidates participating are Atlanta City Council President Lisa Borders, Atlanta City Council Rep. Mary Norwood and Georgia State Sen. Kasim Reed.
The forum will be held at Inman Middle School, 774 Virginia Ave on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 7:30 PM. Moderating is Denis OHayer, award-winning Atlanta journalist and local host of All Things Considered on WABE 90.1 FM, Atlantas NPR station. The event is free and open to the public.
While most forums have focused on improving public safety, Thursday's event will focus on the other serious issues budget woes, sewer fixes, code enforcement that will greet Atlanta's next mayor. Plus, O'Hayer's moderating! Fun times for all!
