Orly Taitz, unofficial queen of the racist 'birther' movement claiming President Obama wasn't born in the U.S., was fined $20,000 for misconduct by U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land in Columbus.
Taitz represents U.S. Army Capt. Connie Rhodes, who is suing to stop her deployment to Iraq claiming Obama isn't American and therefore her deployment order isn't legal.
Judge Land says Taitz's conduct in presenting the case was "frivolous" and abusive of her privilege to practice law.
Before I decide if I agree with Land, however, I need to see his birth certificate.

It is interesting and relevant that Judge Land is a Bush 43 appointee, and I dont think the GOP would want known its complicity, and/or conspiracy with the Pelosi-Dems to enable the Usurpers Presidency. On the other hand, Judge Carter is a Bill Clinton appointee, and by Hillarys TV comments over the weekend, is planning on assuming the Congressionally-selected Presidency on Obamas ejectment. (And by McCains TV comments over the weekend, it looks like 12 now to be Palin/Pawlenty v. Clinton/yet to be determined.)
Someone needs to brush up on the order of succession for the Presidency. Hillary is fourth in line. Thank you for clearly illustrating the idiocy of this whole "birther" movement.
