>> The ACLU first won its suit to have US prisoner torture photos released after Barack Obama said he wanted the images available, then Obama changed his mind and now the Supreme Court is sending the case to be reconsidered at the Second Circuit. >> Bulgarian villagers have named their homemade rakia brandy "Borisovka" in honor of Prime Minister Boiko Borisov after he stopped the new right-center parliament from raising taxes on the traditional alcohol. Kind of like Billy Beer. (Reuters)

>> Three masked gunmen robbed a 50-year-old Taiwanese man who withdrew more than $2 million in cash from a bank. Yet no one in Taiwan finds it strange that he withdrew $2.39 million in cash? (Reuters)

>> Fourteen states have medical marijuana laws in place already and now it appears that New Jersey is ready to legalize the drug before the end of the year. Incoming N.J. Republican Governor Chris Christie says he'll support the bill with enough restrictions. Those limitations? That the best pot goes to him ... Sounds fair. (the Wall Street Journal)

>> After a Middle Eastern sheikh failed to submit financial guarantees on time after expressing interest in buying the bankrupt fashion house, Christian Lacroix will be restructured by Florida-based owners the Falic group.
