News WABE: Richardson to resign Speaker position at 4 p.m.

WABE's Denis O'Hayer has confirmed that Glenn Richardson, the state's first Republican House Speaker since Reconstruction, will resign at 4 p.m. today during a conference call with the Republican Caucus.
