News Ousted DeKalb police chief claims indigence

Chalk another one up that master of public documents, Jim Walls of Atlanta Unfiltered. Today, he reveals that DeKalb County's former top cop, Terrell Bolton, who earned $162,000 a year, is claiming to be broke as he tries to get his old job back.
You'll recall that Bolton was sacked by new county CEO Burrell Ellis for insubordination and misuse of county vehicles.
