In the year since the Atlanta-based MC and local legend Christopher "Jax" Thurston died while performing onstage at Lenny's (Nov. 4) with his Binkis Recs crew, his friends, family and scene collaborators have refused to let his spirit die.
Tonight's visual arts exhibit at City of Ink tattoo parlor in Castleberry Hill is a celebration of his life, but it's also intended to spread his legacy to those who didn't know him before he passed.
