News Time and Place: Bull's eye

This photo was taken at a small petting zoo next to a gas station on Route 57 heading south towards Cobbtown, Ga. I chose the image because I like the feeling of the photo. I like how the bull's eye seems to be looking at me playfully, like he and I are making a connection. It's as though he's in on the joke of the photograph and is posing for me.
