GA Voice website is live - and breaking news
The GA Voice has published its first news article online
“It’s official! We have our name on the door!!!” reads the latest tweet from the new GA Voice, which has risen from the ashes of the now-defunct Southern Voice.
It looks as if the GA Voice posted its first article earlier today and — while not exactly a huge news story — as far as I know, it’s a scoop:
Paris Decatur, the LGBT bar at 308 Ponce de Leon Ave., will shut its doors after a final show on March 27, owner Susan Bird announced today.
According to the site, “The first issues of the Georgia Voice will hit the streets on Friday, March 19, 2010. The print edition will be published every other Friday.”
