News Streetalk: What college has the worst basketball fans?

Katie: Florida is pretty redneck, the worst fans. A lot of trash. They get way too rowdy and are rude to girls. I had a friend that got punch in the eye by a Florida fan. A little sorority girl getting punched. And not the most attractive women in the SEC. I remember them all wearing bikini tops to the games like that was normal, a 70-year old woman too. Florida has great teams--they just have trashy fans. Tennessee fans got that southern hospitality, the charm that Florida fans apparently went too far South and forgot.
Jeremy: North Carolina. They make these outlandish comparisons and completely disparaging of any other ACC team because apparently UNC is just so great. It's something they just get when they go to UNC. In essence, brainwashed. Tech students we still support our team but we're not to the point where we become obnoxious when we talk about other fans, maybe outside of Georgia. It would be nice to see UNC not make the NCAA, but not even make the NIT. It would be a good reality check.
John: Duke. They're obnoxious. They do nothing but jump up and down, rattle the stands, and it's stupid and now the trend has caught on. I blame Duke for every collegiate university that does that now. It's more of a deterrent to not watch the game. People just go to the games now because they can jump up and down. They really don't care what's going on. It has actually caught on in Michigan. I hate it. They're not watching the game. They're just jumping up and down just to jump. It's not even during anything that's important.

I also thinks its cute that the girl in the Tennessee visor is calling people trashy. You tell 'em, girl.
Kidding right?! This is a no contest, out the park, home run for Maryland. They riot, cause property damage to businesses, parked cars etc., attack visiting fans and family members of visiting teams. They seem to know virtually nothing about the game. Need I say more?
