Brandon Starks stands at the corner of Freedom Parkway & Ralph McGill Boulevard NE dressed up as a chicken every afternoon to promote "Free Rent" at Block Lofts.
"I like my job," said Brandon, who lives in Block Lofts, "I do it to pay my rent."
