>> Mexico's abortion debate is heating up as a pregnant 10-year-old girl, allegedly raped by her stepfather, comes to the country's attention. Mexico City allows abortion but many of the country's states do not. The girl's home state allows abortion in cases of rape during the first 90s days, but the girl is nearing into her 18th week. No ten-year-old should have to go through that. (CNN)
