>> An LGBT advocacy group is warning gays in military service not to answer a Pentagon survey sent to 400,000 service members regarding the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal, saying it could potentially out them. They should especially not answer the question about which position they like best. (AP)

>> BP managing director Bob Dudley told the Wall Street Journal that the "bottom kill" method of ending the leak could happen this month: "In a perfect world with no interruptions, it's possible to be ready to stop the well between July 20 and July 27."
