Comedy Amazon offers free Margaret Cho download, "Intervention"

Talk about good timing: Barely a week after Creative Loafing's cover story on Atlanta comedienne/singer Margaret Cho, Amazon offers a free download of her song, "Intervention" (featuring Tegan and Sara). It's a deceptively sweep little pop tune with a chorus goes "Welcome to your intervention / We need some of your attention / You've got a problem we must mention / We're not gonna put you in detention." The funny spoken word shtick at the end sounds like vintage Margaret Cho, but overall the song will change the way you think about the performer.
