The Atlanta Business Chronicle reported that the 11,000 square foot structure sold to Bryan Latham, an investor from New York. No word on what Latham's plans are for the historic building or what kind of shape it's in after being owned for several years by Jeff Notrica, whose Inman Park Properties was notorious for allowing historic structures to deteriorate.
According to the Fulton County Property Appraiser's website, its appraised value is $1,071,000.
