>> And finally: The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against the sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, for potentially violating civil rights in policing illegal immigrants after he only handed over 11 pages of 51 requested sets of documents and wouldn't allow the agency to see the county jail or other facilities. The DOJ said it was the first time a police agency did not comply in 30 years. That sheriff sure is sassy. (the LA Times)
