APD releases sketch of extremely attractive” robber”
As we reported last week, the APD is in the process of investigating a series of 12 robberies that took place in Va-Hi and Midtown in September. In several cases, victims described one of their two assailants as being “an extremely attractive man, a very good-looking fellow,” according to APD Public Information Supervisor Curtis Davenport.

In at least one case, a burglary at intersection of Piedmont and Rockledge roads on October 2, the two men had a white woman working with them. As the victim spoke with the woman, the two men emerged, struck him with a shotgun, and robbed him of his car keys and wallet. All three suspects fled in a tan vehicle (however, in other cases, victims have said the vehicle was white).
