Police make second arrest in Toyota Highlander crime spree

The Atlanta Police Department just announced they have a second person in custody in the string of recent armed robberies throughout the city. This suspect has been linked to a Nov. 27 home invasion in Benteen Park:

In the Benteen Park incident, a resident was working in his yard before noon when two black males pulled up in a car and the passenger pulled out a handgun and forced the homeowner into his home where his wife and daughter were inside. The men tied the wife and daughter up, burglarized the home and took off in the victim’s car. The victims were not injured physically.

Police aren't releasing any of the suspect's information because the crime "may have links to the Nov. 22nd murder of Charles Boyer in Virginia-Highland."

Both this suspect and the man already in custody were captured on video in possession of the 2005 Toyota Highlander in which Boyer's cell phone and ID were found.

Neither has been charged in Boyer's murder.
