Just think of the tailgating opportunities!

Atlanta Falcons owner and Home Depot co-founder Arthur Blank has slashed the price of his Buckhead manse from $10.9 million to $4.4 million, the Wall Street Journal reports. That’s great news for us — we weren’t going to offer anything higher than $4.2 million. No way, no how.

The mustachioed mogul bought the seven-bedroom Tuxedo Road home in 1993 for $3.4 million, the WSJ says. According to the online listing, the house sits on four acres which includes a pool and cute little private lake. There also appears to be an outdoor seating area where you can daydream about brand new football stadiums.
