>> Hillary Clinton and Italian foreign minister Franco Frattini, who was previously tied to Muammar Qaddafi, worked together to fund Libyan rebels through NATO's Libya Contact Group. Funds will come from the opposition's oil sales, international donations, and Qaddafi's own frozen assets. How is that for a taste of Qaddafi's own medicine? (Bloomberg, Daily Beast)
