Morning Newsdome: President Obama calls for original 1967 Israeli-Palestinian borders

>> President Obama's "major" Middle East address turned out to be not so major. The U.S. supports freedom and democracy but doesn't support dictators. Is that the kind of speech a Nobel Prize winner gives? However, Obama is under criticism for saying that Israel and Palestine should return to their original 1967 borders. Don't forget who put you in office, Barack. (The Daily Beast, CNN)

>> The Taliban has taken responsibility for a car bomb that went off next to two U.S. consulate cars in Pakistan today, killing one and injuring ten more. A Taliban spokesman said, "We will avenge the martyrdom of Osama." Car bombs are so '90s. (CBS)

>> China is sending 50 JF-17 fighter jets to Pakistan in a time when U.S.-Pakistan relations are increasingly tense. Why is China paying for Pakistan's fighter jets? Because they're not America. (the New York Times)

>> Speaking of jets, NATO jets destroyed eight Libyan warships last night after Gaddafi reportedly used naval vessels to attack civilians. This crazy dictator is proving a lot harder to get rid of. (CNN)

>> And finally: With the Rapture coming this Saturday, the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta released a primer this week for a zombie outbreak. The guide is the most popular post the CDC has ever put online. The CDC making jokes? It really is the end of the world. (the Guardian, Fox News)
