Newsdome: Where will Obama get the $300 billion for his jobs package?

Ronald Reagan
>> The GOP primary debate is tonight—the same debate that pushed the president's economic address to tomorrow—at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif. Speaking of Reagan, expect the candidates to reference the former president's name an exhausting number of times. At the last debate there in 2008, candidates said his name 42 times. It's almost like they're trying to invoke Zombie Reagan through chant. (NY Magazine)

>> President Obama will reportedly propose a $300 billion jobs package in tax cuts and infrastructure spending in his economic address tomorrow night. But how will this spending money match up with deficit reductions? Just take the money and run. (Politico)

>> A powerful blast outside a Delhi, India, high court this morning at 10:15 killed 11 and injured at least 76 others. This is the second bombing in less than four months at the high court, but no one was injured last time. A twin suicide bomb attack at a paramilitary official's home in southwestern Pakistan also happened today, killing at least 23. No one has claimed responsibility for the attacks yet, but nothing brings fighting neighbors together like a potential common enemy. (Times of India, LA Times)

>> Citigroup Assistant Vice-President Gary Foster plead guilty to embezzling more than $22 million from the company between 2003 and 2011. If only CL had that kind of money for me to embezzle. (the New York Post)

>> And finally: Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said that travelers will soon be able to keep their shoes on when they pass through airport security. As long as she doesn't get rid of the pat-down—that's my favorite part. (Politico)
