Most popular damn posts o' the week

Posted By on Sat, Oct 8, 2011 at 2:02 PM

Only in Atlanta can one frolic with Pride revelers, corporate greed protesters and hip-hop fans all in the same weekend. Before we go out and advocate for power to the people, we'd like to revisit this week's most popular posts on Fresh Loaf, which prefers to wear shirts without logos, thankyouverymuch.

1. Atlanta Police officers secured arrest warrants for some of Atlanta's most well-known graffiti artists including Enzo, Perve and Vomet. Or "vandals," depending on how you feel about graffiti, the one topic — along with overhauling Atlantic Station and immigration — that's guaranteed to start a debate.

2. Inman Park was hit by three armed robberies in two days.

3. A new poll says a former pizza mogul and talk radio host who's never held elected office currently leads the pack of candidates vying to become the GOP's presidential nominee. Read that sentence again.

4. New toll lanes along I-85 are incredibly popular! Wait, no, they're most definitely not.

5. Those robberies we mentioned above? Atlanta Police the next day said they nabbed the guys they think are behind the crimes.
