News / Visual Arts Artadia announces Atlanta finalists for 2011 awards

Out of these finalists, two will receive $15,000, and five will get $3,000 each. Final jurors Bonnie Clearwater (Director and Chief Curator of the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami), Julie Rodrigues Widholm (Pamela Alper Associate Curator, Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago), and CL art critic Cinqué Hicks will make their last studio visits to the finalists from Thursday, October 27 through Saturday, October 29, 2011. The awardees will be announced in early November.
