Tim Dean: Thank you for the well-written article focusing on this part of Downtown. I have several properties available on these blocks and would love to see the area thrive once again.
FYI: The City of Atlanta Police Department has been very helpful over the years. Whenever GSU expands onto a new block, the GSU Police presence adds a remarkable extra layer of security that increases the comfort level.
