With all of the Thanksgiving and shopping sales holidays, there isn't much in the way of events this weekend, but that doesn't mean you can't get into the Black Friday spirit and buy some art. Ideas after the jump.

Young Blood Gallery is hosting a collaborative Black Friday sale with BurnAway. This is your chance to pick up prints from their last annual fundraiser, including work by Lloyd Benjamin, Kevin Byrd, Katherine Taylor, and others. Check out the work.

Jackson Fine Art will be open 10 am - 2 pm on Black Friday with a preview of the gallery's annual Holiday show. There will be work from a number of photographers. Can't decide what to buy? Harry Benson's portrait of Andrew Wyeth would be on my list. Just saying.

If you're feeling like online shopping rather than hitting the gallery crows, you could pick up one of these prints by Micah and Whitney Stansell and support Flux Projects in the process.
Jennifer Schwartz is raising funds for The Ten, a cross country trip intended to raise awareness for art collecting. You could donate to that and get some cool stuff in the process. Or you could pick up one of Mikael Kennedy's great polaroids, currently showing in her gallery.
