O4W in The New York Times

Posted By on Fri, Dec 2, 2011 at 4:03 PM

It's short — just five photos — but The New York Times' travel section posted a real nice slideshow of the Old Fourth Ward, which they call a "cradle of culinary and artistic innovation" and a "symbol of gentrification, with a more racially mixed population."

Historic Fourth Ward Park, Kevin Rathbun Steak, Studioplex, Highland Bakery and Sister Louisa's Church of the Living Room and Ping Pong Emporium get shout-outs (although, Church's blurb scarcely does the place justice).

Check'er out here.
