Occupy Atlanta protestor arrested for violating the noise ordinance ... or something

Perhaps surprisingly, there was only one arrest at yesterday’s demonstration

Occupy Atlanta posted a video to You Tube of yesterday’s demonstration at the Fulton County courthouse, including footage of one of the occupiers being arrested for, according to a Fulton County sheriffs officer, “noise ordinance.” The protestor, Ron Allen, did have a bullhorn at the rally — and the entire purpose of the demonstration was to be really loud and to disrupt the foreclosure auction that was taking place — but Occupy spokesman Tim Franzen says Allen’s charge has since been changed to “interference with government property,” which would be odd since he was standing on the sidewalk at the time.

Anyway, here’s the video they put together (it also includes footage of civil rights icon Joseph Lowery’s statement and of press conferences held later in the day at two foreclosure-threatened homes they’re occupying; Allen’s arrest is at 2:15):
