News Newsdome: Obama administration rejects proposal to sell Plan B over-the-counter

>> Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius surprisingly stopped the morning-after pill Plan B from being sold over-the-counter, which would have made it the country's first OTC emergency contraceptive. It remains available without a prescription to those 17 and older. So, "16 and Pregnant" will continue for seasons to come. (the New York Times)

Are we sure that the Rick Perry ad is not actually a Saturday Night Live parody? It is the only explanation that makes sense to me as to why in the hell somebody would record and broadcast that drivel.

so what? i'm way more pissed off that obama's daughters ate asiatic food on december 7th. they show no respect whatsoever to our Soldiers
"We are outraged that this administration has let politics trump science," said Kirsten Moore of the Reproductive Health Technologies Project, an advocacy group. "There is no rationale for this move."
WTF. I expect this from a George Bush administration...not an Obama one. Pathetic.
