Most popular damn posts o' the week RETURNS

After three weeks of silence — really, we misplaced the password to our pageview data and got sick — CL's proud to announce the return of your weekly round-up of the past seven day's most popular posts on Fresh Loaf. Gather round with your tea and biscuits and revisit the week that was. Then leave the house and do something.

1. The King of Pops mural on the side of a Poncey-Highland laundromat near the popsicle kingpin's corner was recently painted over by the building owner — apparently because code enforcement said it was a no-no. Now the building wall is the most beautiful shade of Martian gray with a hint of ecru. Simply breathtaking.

2. L.A. Fitness, why must you use mirrors which remind us that we're blobby amoebas?

3. Good news, air travelers! Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International AIrport officials have recommended which restaurants and retail shops should open in the world's busiest airhub. If the Atlanta City Council OKs the proposals, you'll soon be able to binge on Varsity hot dogs and then walk to a friendly Spanx store before your flight to Quad City International Airport.

4. A researcher at the University of Georgia might have discovered a cancer vaccine. Eat that, Tech!

5. Poster Hut, one of Atlanta's go-to adult novelty stores, might soon close. Shed a tear, folks.
