The Really, Really Free Market is a new tradition the Atlanta community is participating in. Every first Saturday of each month the people gather in Woodruff Park to share freely, gifting each other items they no longer need or want. Participants bring and give away various items, skills, ideas, talents, discussions, and games. The free markets have been described as "a temporary autonomous zone instituting the gift economy as an alternative to capitalist mode resource distribution."
