Apparently Atlanta is the 9th gayest city in America. Who knew?
Those scary non-violent Occupy protesters surrounded Rick Santorum in New Hampshire yesterday. Apparently, Newt Gingrich cowered in fear at the thought of facing protestors and canceled his NH event.
Start saving money kiddies, and tell your parents to buy more lottery tickets! The HOPE scholarship ain't what it used to be.

the protesters boldly surrounded the santorum and prevented it from spreading
“If Barack Obama is re-elected, America as we know it will be gone,” Santorum said. “We will be a country that is no longer independent.”
it terrifies me that the average voter is so stupid that candidates don't ever really have to say anything that means anything. you can just say whatever sounds scary and threatening and then roll in your support from cretins
i really have to wonder what the hell santorum is thinking running for president when he got crushed for his seat by the worst margin ever for an incumbent GOP senator. any sane republican wouldn't let him split the vote and drive the platform straight into jesus/taliban land because that's going to be a liability in the general election. but we all know that the sane republicans lost control of the party a few years ago
really the only way romney had a chance to beat obama was a united front. let fox brag about him for a year and then he'd be in good shape. but every also-ran decided to fight it out and it's really turning GOP voters off
"“If Barack Obama is re-elected, America as we know it will be gone,” Santorum said. “We will be a country that is no longer independent.”" Yea statements are just so WTF in their lack of constructiveness or attachment to reality.
"the only way romney had a chance to beat obama was a united front" Which is why I'm rooting for Santorum! And he does look kinda cuddly in that Mr. Rogers vest, though is Dan Rather now entitled to some type of royalty payment? http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1346…
Oh regarding the continuing HOPE cuts see the other article in Fresh Loaf and my comments on proposals to cut energy taxes for Businesses while raising taxes on the middle class and poor.
Though in some ways I guess HOST is largely a benefit for the middle class funded by the poor.
