Wow the MDJ readership sure is a bunch of scary folks. You can get instate residency rates after a year or two of residency, so its logical to treat people who have resided in Georgia for much of their life as residents. Bottom line Capitalism works when we bring in more working age folks to support the kids and retired. Fact is with our ageing population we need immigrants. They can't come here legally because we refuse to reform immigration and raise the quota numbers to that amount which is needed.
But whether with papers or without they aren't taking jobs they are creating jobs.
