Comedy Marc Maron is Conan's favorite comic, apparently

Stand-up comedian and "WTF" podcast host Marc Maron brings his personal baggage to The Laughing Skull this weekend from Jan. 19-22. In researching this week's upcoming cover story on "WTF," I discovered that one of Maron's claims to fame is making 44 appearances on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien," more than any other stand-up. Maron hosted O'Brien as the "WTF" guest on April 4 of 2011, and O'Brien has been inviting Maron back to his new TBS show, "Conan."
